I Love You A Latte!
If you don't know anything about me and I suppose there are A LOT of people who don't, since I would be a lot busier if people knew I existed and the quality of my craft. I am a huge snob when it comes to espresso... now don't be alarmed you can still bring Dunkin' Donuts or Starbucks around me, but most of the time my passion for espresso rubs off and new followers are born.
I love mochas so much that I give them away to my clients and friends. It's like LOTR and Smeagol up in here!
I have commercial accounts with nearly all of the local roasters, and one roaster I was setting up an account with never got back to me and after 8 months of not trying them I decided today I thought I would. I fired up my commercial Rancilio machine and see what I can do with their roast. I decided in-between dialing in the grind and dose I should whip out the best camera ever made to take a single frame. Hasselblad is King and this roast is a prince! With hints of orange and almost walnut flavor with the chocolate base. It's not bad. In fact, I would put it 4th in my list of good local roasts. Might be worth a try for you. So here I sit mixing my love photography, (commercial photography, such as but not limited to food photography..lol) and espresso while I'm quite sure you are doing something more productive. Maybe some product photography is in my future for one of the local roasters?
