ALIGN YOURSELF WITH A PROPER HEADSHOT | PORTLAND MAINE HEADSHOT PHOTOGRAPHER

This is Lynch Chiropractic in South Portland Maine. I'm not only their Photographer/Creative Director, but I'm also a patient. Let's back up.

Moving from the Left Coast really adjusted my health, and I was hustling 15-18 hours a day to get my business and studio off the ground here in Maine. For those reading this who do not know the richness of Maine's foodie stature, it's #3 in the nation.. That's RIGHT!!! #3. And trust me when I tell you the first WINTER, and YEAR I spent far too many thousands of $$$$ supporting these businesses. lol - So what suffered, besides my wallet? My health. My stress level was up, my sleep was down, and the 1890 New Englander House I bought proved to have its own set of challenges. Nothing a Bull Dozer will not solve in the near future (not joking). 

As a consequence of my weight gain and lack of sleep my body started to show some "not so subtle" check engine lights. Pain and a little more pain while sleeping.  I made a decision to start working out and start eating better. Once I started feeling better, my back and body felt worse sometimes. I decided I would try a Chiropractor I passed a couple times on Broadway. I walked into this awesome building and was welcomed by a friendly staff and this super buff mid-40's chiropractor named Bobby from the Block. I'll skip all the sounds that came out of my body,  (that could be taken in the wrong direction) and skip to the part where I walked out the door feeling better!! After 6 adjustments, I was a whole new person and sleeping like a baby pot belly pig next to a wood stove. 

I'm not a person to mention what I do to try and get clients, but when asked, I will talk about what I do with a passion. The same thing goes for Espresso :) After about a year and some time, I finally got "the call." They needed Christmas Cards and a Staff Picture, and Headshots!  I was finally in, and my images will prove to keep me in :)

If you have back issues or other joint pains, I'm telling you Chiropractics really helped me and you could totally help you feel better and live better!
