First, let me saw this was the best morning of the year to date! I woke up and (if you don't know, I am an at home barista and take it too seriously. (see my instagram) I pulled one of the best triple shots that I've pulled. Using a Speckled Ax (Matt's Wood Roasted) 3 day old bean the smell and taste were heavenly. The latte art was executed with perfection. I was just in the zone. I left and went to this property to find a neighborhood was just like a painting! Nestled in a cul de sac, this house is probably one of the most unique and properly designed houses I've ever been in.
It's no cookie cutter that's for sure. With a beautiful entrance decked out in wood shelves, and an almost hidden coat closet, it made me want to grab a book as I walked in and go sit in the round living room that boasts of a wood burning fireplace and windows from floor to ceiling. The kitchen was perfect; not too big and very well laid out. The masted bedroom was out of this world with a half arc window and an open concept 5 piece bathroom.
If you are interested in this house, I'm sure it wont be on the market very long.
